About Me
I'm a Digital Solutions Consultant with over 20 years of experience in web design, administrative support, and business operations. In 2025, I earned my ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. I'm continuing to build my skills through client projects, demo work, training, and hands-on learning.
What I bring to ServiceNow is a mix of technical, design, and business experience. My background in web design and user testing has taught me to think about how things work from the user's perspective, while my administrative experience helps me understand requirements and business processes.
Throughout my career, I've designed and tested websites, including hand-coding and working with content management systems, supported clients, and learned new software and applications. This experience provides a strong foundation for ServiceNow, particularly in configuration, usability, and portal testing. I also have hands-on experience using AI tools to work more efficiently, create content, and support platform-related tasks.
As an independent consultant and Vice President of MOGE Consulting Company, I'm particularly interested in projects that bring together my ServiceNow skills, design background, and interest in AI and accessibility. I'm currently open to contract, part-time, short-term, and long-term opportunities.
